J401 is a top floor, corner unit. Well maintained with improvements yearly. Most recently new flooring throughout condo, double pane windows, new furniture and tri zone air conditioning.
Wake up sipping your coffee overlooking 1 of the 2 private resort pools on your private lanai whilst gazing out at the pacific with stunning views of Molokai. There isn’t any better way to spend your hawaiian morning. This unit has easy access to parking & is only a few moments walk from the heated pool & beach. This condo can accommodate 6 guests.
This newly remodeled condo has a main floor bedroom with a new King bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is located in the hallway with a shower & tub combo. The guest sleeping area is located upstairs in the loft with queen bed, it’s own air conditioning and 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower.
The open space Living room allows you to enjoy the wrap around ocean view from inside the unit whilst having a queen size sofa sleeper, big screen TV, Ceiling fans, tri zone air conditioning & access to the lanai with its own dining table.
The fully stocked kitchen has beautiful granite tops, a coffee maker, oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender along with counter seating and a seperate dining table with 4 chairs. There is also a washer & dryer in the unit.
There is a $17 per day Facilities Use Fee which is payable to the front desk upon check out. This fee covers usage for; Pools, Cabanas’, Shuffle Board, Tennis Courts, & Putting Greens including the equipment rental from the front desk.
